Finding a condo for your ski vacation can be a daunting task. Here, a guide to the best luxury accommodations in Deer Valley.

From the neatly groomed ski slopes to the top-ranked customer service, Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah caters to a high end clientele and epitomizes luxury in skiing.

Snow Park Village Luxury Condos

If your kids will be in ski school, staying in Snow Park Village, the resort’s base area, is most convenient. This is the oldest and most developed area in Deer Valley, but still has a lot to offer those looking for luxury accommodations.

The Black Diamond Lodge is ski-in/ski-out and located adjacent to the bunny hill. Built in 2002, its luxury décor features granite countertops, wood detailing, and private outdoor hot tubs. The property features a kids’ lounge and a skier locker room. Amenities include a private shuttle, continental breakfast, and après ski service.

Trail’s End Lodge is also ski-in/ski-out and offers a level of guest service unrivaled by other Deer Valley properties (except perhaps the Stein Eriksen Lodge). While it’s not as new as the Black Diamond Lodge, they offer a full hot breakfast and après ski service, lift ticket delivery, private shuttles, and an excellent concierge. Widely regarded as the best property in Snow Park Village, guests at Trail’s End rarely book elsewhere after staying here.

The Lodges at Deer Valley and the adjacent Silver Baron Lodge is a good option for those looking for luxury without the price tag of the ski-in/ski-out properties. Just out of walking distance to the slopes, The Lodges offers privately-owned condos in a high end hotel setting. Amenities include private shuttles, continental breakfast, and a pool. They also have a general store and Deer Valley ski rental onsite.

Silver Lake Village Luxury Condos

Technically, the Stein Eriksen Lodge is a hotel, but it deserves mention as the keystone property at Deer Valley. This luxury property features a full service spa, a restaurant, and ski valets to lug your skis to the snow for you.

The Chateaux at Silver Lake Village is similar to the Lodges and the Silver Baron in that it has privately-owned condos in a luxury hotel setting. The Chateaux has very high end condos reminiscent of old world France. There’s an award-winning restaurant and full service spa onsite, and they also offer private shuttles and a continental breakfast.

The Mont Cervin Plaza condos are located above the shops at Silver Lake Village, considered ski-in/ski-out due to their close proximity to the slopes. The penthouse unit features cathedral ceilings, and all units feature luxury furnishings with granite countertops, stone tiled bathrooms, and private outdoor hot tubs.

Empire Pass Luxury Condos

The Village at Empire Pass is the resort's newest area of development and has the most high end condos in all of Deer Valley. Almost all condos here are ski-in/ski-out, but it tends to be a bit more secluded here than other areas of the mountain.

Arrowleaf and Shooting Star are very similar luxury condos. They have both two- and three-bedroom options available and feature beefy wood detailing, granite countertops, and high end appointments. Common areas include a clubhouse, various hot tubs, and a firepit.

Larkspur and Paintbrush are adjacent to each other and are similar to other properties at Empire Pass in terms of luxury décor and high end quality. These complexes feature larger units with four or more bedrooms.

There are certainly other high end condos scattered throughout Deer Valley, but they are usually renovated units in older complexes. These luxury condos are the most popular among Deer Valley’s discerning guests. Expect to pay at least $1,500 per night for a two-bedroom unit.
